Obtaining Your MapLink

To get the link to your map, please visit MapQuest.com.  From the following form, enter your business' address and press the "Get Map" button.

After pressing the "Get Map" button, you will be shown a map with an approximate location of your business.

If the star is not in the exact location of your business, you may move the star by clicking the little button marked "Move Location" then clicking the map in the correct location of your business.

Once you have the map showing the correct location of your business, you will need to copy the website address to that map.  To do this, click on the address bar.  The address will start with http://www.mapquest.com.

After clicking the address bar, hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and press "C" to copy the address.  Return to the Add Company or Edit Company page on NCWaterways.com and paste the address in the "Map Link" box.  To paste the address, hold down the "Ctrl" key and press "V".
